Anycast is an industry proven technology and is quickly becoming a requirement for off-the-shelf CDNs as well as CDN-as-a-Service. In this talk we will investigate how Comcast is integrating anycast functionality into Apache Traffic Control to improve resiliency, convergence and localization.
